Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
The staff is friendly and
knows your name. I would like
to see the apartments updated
with environmentally conscious
fixtures, appliances and
windows. The electric cost is
extremely high. It would be
nice to have ceiling fans with
lights in every room.

I would say that generally
it's pretty nice, some
neighbors get very loud and
you can't have your door open
at times. Overall I like the
staff and they attend to your
maintenance issues promptly.
I feel pretty safe living

I love it. Everything about
it. I love my apartment, the
grounds. Overall maintenance
has been great. Still having
an issue with my most recent
repair request not being
completed inside the building.
The office staff is great.
Dawn has been especially
helpful many times from our
move in to present.

GREAT, THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE
GREAT AND OVER ALL IT'S PRETTY
PEACEFUL HERE. AND...IT'S
CLOSE TO SHOPPING.

their resident. The
maintenance staff is friendly
